Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund

Wrong size or change of mind: Because every piece is made-to-order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer's remorse — so please check the size guide before ordering!

Lost packages: Reach out and we'll investigate and resolve it together
